Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the TripHunts Telegram bot and the triphunts.com website. They are short on purpose — please actually read them.

What TripHunts is

TripHunts is a free notification service. You tell the bot which Trip.com hotel (or flight route) to watch and at what price; the bot checks it periodically and sends you a Telegram message when your conditions are met. TripHunts is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trip.com Group or Telegram.

What TripHunts is not

• Not a booking service. All bookings happen on Trip.com, under Trip.com's own terms, at Trip.com's own prices.
• Not a price guarantee. Prices and availability change constantly. The price in an alert is the price we observed at check time — it may differ by the time you open Trip.com. Always verify before booking.
• Not guaranteed delivery. We aim for reliable, timely alerts, but checks run on schedules and depend on third-party data. Alerts can be delayed, and a short-lived price dip can be missed. Do not rely on TripHunts for anything critical.

Affiliate disclosure

Booking links in alerts may contain a Trip.com affiliate tag. If you book through them, TripHunts may earn a small commission from Trip.com at no extra cost to you — the price you pay is Trip.com's own price. This is how a free service keeps its lights on.

The demo on this website

The interactive tracker on the landing page is a simulation running on randomly generated prices. It exists to show how the bot behaves and does not reflect real hotels, real prices, or real savings.

Fair use

The bot is free for personal use, with sensible limits (currently up to 10 active trackers per user). To keep the service healthy for everyone, don't:

• use automation, multiple accounts, or other tricks to bypass limits;
• attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may restrict or block accounts that break these rules, and may change limits or features as the service evolves.

No warranty, limited liability

TripHunts is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripHunts is not liable for any losses arising from using or being unable to use the service — including missed deals, price differences, booking decisions, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Privacy

What we store and why is described in our Privacy Policy — it's short and honest.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use TripHunts after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the service at any moment — deleting your trackers in /list and blocking the bot ends everything instantly.
